Quana is a partner in the Washington, DC headquarters of the law firm Arent Fox LLP. She is an expert in ERISA law with extensive experience in tax, regulatory and design issues applicable to profit-sharing plans, money purchase pension plans, Section 401(k) programs, Section 403(b) programs, and Section 457 plans. Another area of focus is Executive Compensation where Quana designs and advises clients on employee stock ownership plans, executive incentive and deferred compensation arrangements, and qualified and nonqualified stock option plans.
