J. Fielding Miller - Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer Fielding is the firm’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Investment Policy Committee. Fielding has over 20 years of experience in investment consulting, primarily with corporate retirement plans and institutional accounts. He received a BS degree in Business from East Carolina University and earned his Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Fielding is actively involved in the community with roles as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Oak Ranch, the Board of Trustees of East Carolina University, and the Board of Trustees of Ravenscroft School. |

Dan Doster - Chief Operating Officer Dan is the Chief Operating Officer for CAPTRUST and has management responsibility for all operational departments of the firm. Prior to joining CAPTRUST, Dan has over 20 years of experience with firms such as NCR, McKinsey & Company, and GE where he was responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives, improving overall corporate efficiencies, and increasing profitability. Dan received a BA from Wabash College, an MA from Yale University, an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and is also GE Six Sigma trained. |

Wilson S. Hoyle, III - Managing Director, National Advisor Manager Wilson is the National Sales Manager for CAPTRUST and oversees the Financial Advisors and business development activities across the firm. Wilson founded also CAPTRUST’s professional athlete division, which focuses on the specific financial needs of professional athletes and entertainment figures. Wilson received a BA degree in Economics from Wake Forest University in 1989. While attending Wake Forest, Wilson was a four-year letterman in football and held a 16-year record as the school’s all-time leading scorer. He currently serves on the College Football Hall of Fame Board and on the Ricky Proehl Charity Golf Tournament Board. |

Michael D. Strother - Managing Director, Advisor Support Mike is the Managing Director of Advisor Support and provides operational and logistical support to Financial Advisors. Mike has over 14 years of experience with CAPTRUST and has also served as a Financial Advisor, senior analyst, branch manager, administration director, and participant education director. Mike has a Business degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. |

Eric J. Freedman - Managing Director, Research Eric oversees the investment research department at CAPTRUST, joining the firm in June 2006 as the Global Research and Market Strategist. Eric is charged with asset allocation research and tactical decision making as well as directing the firm’s investment vehicle and manager selection efforts. Prior to joining CAPTRUST, Eric worked for Franklin Street Partners as a Senior Portfolio Manager and the Goldman Sachs Group as a Vice President in Goldman’s Equity Derivatives and International Equities businesses. Eric earned his BA in Economics from Colgate University, magna cum laude, in 1999 and was captain of the Colgate Lacrosse team. Eric is currently enrolled in the MBA Program for Executives at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. Eric holds the following NASD designations: Series 3, 7, 63, and 65. |

John Appleby, CIMA - Managing Director, Project Management John is the Managing Director of Project Management and is responsible for the firm-wide integration of new products and services. He has been with CAPTRUST since 1997 and was previously responsible for the implementation, execution, and due diligence of CAPTRUST’s investment strategies. Prior to joining CAPTRUST, John served as a defense analyst with British Aerospace. John has a BA in Modern Studies from Coventry University, Coventry England and earned his Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. |

Phyllis Klein - Managing Director, Professional Services As a Director of Professional Services, Phyllis has oversight and responsibility for ERISA technical issues and retirement plan industry trends and initiatives. As a liaison between our primary platform partners, Phyllis works strategically to insure that CAPTRUST continues to be abreast of changes and developments within the retirement plan arena. Phyllis has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin Lacrosse. Phyllis joined CAPTRUST with 20 years of plan design, administration, record keeping and compliance experience. She is certified as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) by the Center for Fiduciary Studies in association with the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business. Phyllis is also a member of the Wisconsin Retirement Plan Professionals (WRPPL) and the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA). |

Kathy Del Corso-Chase - Managing Director, Human Resources Kathy is the Managing Director for Human Resources and is responsible for all of our recruitement and retention efforts, including hiring and training policies, along with mapping out career paths opportunities for all employees. Kathy has been in the retirement plan industry for nearly 15 years. Prior to joining CAPTRUST, she served as the East Coast Channel Manager, Third Party Administration Services for Transamerica Retirement. Kathy is a Certified Retirement Services Professional (CRSP) and an Accredited Retirement Plan Specialist (ARPS). Originally from New York, She earned her degree in Biology from St. Thomas Aquinas College in New York. |

Patricia Picquet - Managing Director, Marketing Patricia is the Managing Director of Marketing for CAPTRUST and oversees all strategic marketing and business development initiatives across the firm. Prior to joining CAPTRUST, Patricia was President of Kelly MarCom, an integrated branding agency, where she managed the overall financial and corporate administration of the firm, and helped lead the company to a top-rated advertising agency, touting an impressive list of global clients. Drawing upon her agency background and marketing work within a multitude of industries, Patricia brings a broad diversity of experiences to her role, including a comprehensive, market-driven approach to strategic marketing planning; brand development; experiential marketing; as well as a significant background in both interactive and search engine marketing disciplines. |

Connie Dixon, CPA - Director, Finance Connie is the Director, Finance and has overall responsibility for accounting and budgeting. She has over 13 years of accomplished finance management experience. She was responsible for the oversight of all financial aspects at her previous place of employment, a multi million- dollar anesthesia practice in Raleigh, NC. Connie also has public accounting, external auditing and tax planning experience. She earned a BA in Economics and Management with a concentration in Accounting from Albion College, and is also a licensed CPA. |

Denise Buchanan - Chief Compliance Officer Denise has over 20 years of experience in the securities industry and supervises the firm’s ongoing Broker/Dealers and Registered Investment Advisor activity Denise has facilitated the startup and ongoing compliance of several registered investment advisors at both the state and federal level. Denise holds the following NASD licenses: Series 7, 24, 28, 53, 63, 65, and is NC insurance licensed. Denise is also qualified to act as an NASD Arbitrator. |
