CAPTRUST Recognized For Workplace Excellence
Firm earns top ranking among mid-sized companies

CAPTRUST Financial Advisors has been named one of this year’s “Best Places to Work” by the Triangle Business Journal for excellence in team effectiveness, employee communications, employee engagement, and organizational leadership. CAPTRUST is among 35 companies being honored this year.

The Triangle Business Journal received 102 nominations for this year’s award. Winners were determined by Quantum Market Research, an outside research firm hired to conduct and tabulate a confidential engagement survey used to elicit employee feedback on each nominee. CAPTRUST placed third among medium-sized companies according to the official tabulated results.
