Grant Verhaeghe, a qualified retirement plan investment specialist and 11-year veteran of AON Investment Consulting, has joined CAPTRUST Financial Advisors as Director of Investment Research within the firm’s revered Consulting Research Group. Eric J. Freedman, CAPTRUST Chief Investment Officer, leads the robust Consulting Research Group that oversees the primary investment research pursuits at CAPTRUST. Under Freedman’s leadership, his teams manage investment research, plan provider due diligence, fiduciary best practices, and participation education services; a progressive model and leading differentiator of the firm’s value proposition.

Similar to the steady procession of several new top Financial Advisors recently added by CAPTRUST, Verhaeghe’s hire is indicative of the firm’s overall strategy to attract key talent who possess specific expertise to enhance the firm’s advisory services and client offerings; the tried and true blueprint of their success according to J.
